We accept unused and unopened merchandise for exchange only. All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the receipt of purchase.
All gift certificates, hair extension, and make up sales are final. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Sales Tax
9.75% Sales tax will be applied to all Illinois purchases.
Cancellation Policies
As your Salon Blue experience is reserved especially for you, changes or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to your arranged time to avoid a 50% fee.
All "No Shows" will be charged full value of service reserved.
Weekend and evening appointments hold a 24 hour policy.
Spa appointments have 24 hour cancellation policy.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
