If you are not happy with your products, neither are we.
• All hair and skin care products may be exchanged for any other product or for in store product credit. Credit will be based on the amount of product returned.
• Cosmetics are NOT returnable.
• We do not give cash back for returns.
All boutique items, i.e. jewelry, hair accessories, candles, etc. including any cosmetic purchases are final.
A 10.25% Chicago sales tax will be applied to all retail purchases.
As a courtesy to our technicians, please give us a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment .

We want you to absolutely love your hair! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service, we are happy to provide you the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Due to the fact that we do not refund our services, please book your redo within 14 days of your original service.
